Bullseye Replica

A perfect replica of Bullseye was built by our colleagues from Digitalwerkstatt – SAP Digital Studio in Ratingen. We supported them a bit, but they did all the hard work by themselves. It looks brilliant!

They already showed it to customers during  SAP Services ‘S/4 HANA Workshops Roadshow’ and the SAP Services ‘Let’s Think Future’ workshop. Bullseye_Ratingen so far has been on a tour to Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Heidelberg. There’s also some talk of customer events at the SAP headquarters in Walldorf. It doesn’t sound as if that’s the end of it. We’ll keep you posted!

Thanks for effort, guys! Excellent work!

Flexibility matters!

You might know about the difficulties we’re having to satisfy the high demand for Hybris Labs prototypes at numerous events. The sensitivity of some of the prototypes made it necessary for us to travel to most of these events to secure the functionality of our demos. On top of that, adapting the use case to the local needs was just not possible. But with Bullseye this has now changed! Not only that all you need fits into these boxes…

…the setup is simple and thanks thanks to YaaS we’ve won the flexibility to configure the prototype if we receive assistance from teams at the event location. We can support from a distance and those organising the event can decide how they want to design the booth. Like our SAP colleagues in Luxembourg did…

We sent them the parts together with a setup guide, had a bit of a chat, and voilà…all systems up and running!

Well done, Luxembourg! Everybody’s happy!

The new age of ordering…

…beer! Yup. We tried to replace alcohol with sweets, but with the temperatures rising we started to get thirsty. So we’re now back on familiar ground. Surprised? In that case you seriously need to start following our blog more frequently!

Bullseye is now a beer selector!

But it wasn’t simply the short spell of summer that drove this innovation for the public house landscape. Earlier this year we had a few visitors from HEINEKEN®. We gave them a tour of the Labs showroom and they got hooked on the Smart Wine Shelf. “No, no, no!”, we said, “The Wine Shelf is so 80s… 90s, 00s, 10s, whatever! The next generation of in-store customer engagement is called Bullseye.” Transferring the essence of this use case to their own business world, our guests immediately saw potential to help customers find the perfect match in the growing craft beer market and invited us to be a part of the ‘INEX marketplace at HEINEKEN® Commerce Week.

So, we made a few modifications (super easy thanks to YaaS)…

…got a customised look (thank you SNK)…

…and a really cool booth setup (thank you HEINEKEN®).

We really love these kind of collaborations, because it helps us to validate the usability of our prototypes and present them to a different kind of audience. Thank you HEINEKEN® for giving us this opportunity.

Everybody’s happy…

Just an ordinary trip with Hybris Labs

Okay, there is a bit more to the story. We were invited to the CMO Council Elite Retreat as part of SAP Sapphire Now, where we showed Funky Retail and also Bullseye.

On top of that we supported the SAP Machine Learning Team.

They used a slightly modified version of Bullseye to generate some live data for their showcase and to make it more tangible.

Sweet deep learning with YaaS.
